Common questions

Which ready-made workouts will I see?

All of the ones you have the equipment for, reordered so the sessions matching your goal and your chosen focus come first. Nothing is hidden for having the wrong goal — the order changes, not the list. Change your answers under Profile → Edit and the order updates immediately.

Can I change a ready-made workout?

Yes. Start it and edit it as you go — add or remove exercises, swap one for something similar, change sets and reps. When you finish a session you've changed, the app offers to save it as a new workout of your own, with a name you pick. The original is left alone.

I don't want to see one of the ready-made workouts

Long-press it on the Workouts tab and choose Remove. It's hidden on this device only, and your history of it is kept. Settings → Restore ready-made workouts brings them all back.

I logged a workout on the wrong day

Open it from the History tab and tap the date under the title. The whole session moves, keeping how long it took.

I'm carrying an injury

Add it under limitations in Profile → Edit, so it's recorded with the rest of your profile. The app won't stop you doing anything — you choose each workout — so pick around it, and if something hurts during a session, stop.

The rest timer isn't showing on my Lock Screen

Check Settings → Routine → Live Activities is on, and that Focus modes aren't hiding it. The Live Activity starts with your first logged set of a workout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routine. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Refunds also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account, in the app. It removes everything — account, profile, workouts and training log — from our server and your device, immediately. See the privacy policy for what we hold and why.

Can I use it on iPad or Android?

iPhone only for now.
